FAQs

What is the property team doing to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed in the common areas and restrooms on a regular basis?
The building’s janitorial staff is following CDC guidelines on proper cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces in public spaces and restrooms, as well as increased frequency of cleaning. As new guidance is provided by public health officials, we will modify our cleaning protocols accordingly.

Will center operations be impacted?
Our team is committed to keeping the property fully operational for our tenants at this time, as our staff has been deemed essential personnel by our jurisdiction. Center operations have been adjusted to ensure that they are consistent with the latest public health regulations. We continue to encourage tenants and staff to stay home when sick. During this time, some routine building services may be impacted, including HVAC, trash removal and other maintenance services. We will continue to monitor guidance and alerts from public health agencies and local officials and keep you as up to date as possible.

What loans are available to help small businesses during Coronavirus.
More and more resources are becoming available to assist you during this time. We recommend looking into what the government is currently providing. As of now, these loans include the Economic Injury Disaster Loan from the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Paycheck Protection Loan (Part of the CARES Act). For more information on these loans, check out this helpful document provided by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce here.

Do you have any resources available that I can use to make all of this easier?
