Janet Texeira

Assistant Property Manager

Janet Texeira is an Assistant Property Manager for Athena Property Management.  She was formerly an Accountant at Athena Property Management with over 6 years’ experience in the accounting industry, 5 of which are in commercial real estate accounting.

Prior to joining Athena, Janet was the Accounting and Office Manager for a small plumbing contractor business where she managed the day to day operations pertaining to paying invoices, receiving customer payment, collecting outstanding balances, keeping inventory and providing CPA’s with financial information requested.

Janet has also worked for a fully certified public accounting firm whose clients consisted primarily of privately held construction and real estate companies.  Her primary responsibilities included preparing tax returns for private, S-Corporation and C-Corporation companies as well as performing due diligence Audits for GAAP appropriate accounting required by prospective customers, suppliers, banks and bonding agencies for their clients.

Janet holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California in Riverside and is a Certified Notary Public for the State of California.
