Tina Fitzgerald is the Project Coordinator at Athena Property Management. Tina came to Athena in early 2019 with a vast background in corporate retail. She is responsible for assisting in Athena’s construction projects varying in sizes while also maintaining budgets and expense controls.
With a background in construction management, Tina has over 15 years’ experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects. Her role has developed from assisting Project Management and Executive Teams to Project and Purchasing Management for retail locations nationwide. Tina has also worked in the franchise industry focused in health and fitness as the liaison to the franchise owners where she collaborated with architects, contractors and franchisees to help identify and define the needs of each owners buildout.
Tina’s background has helped her to develop professional work relations with a large array of key players in construction development, making her a key component of our Athena team.
