April Davis

April Davis is an Assistant Property Manager at Athena Property Management who has grown within the company since joining in March 2020. She began her career at Athena as a receptionist and quickly took on additional responsibilities in administrative support and property coordination. Through her dedication and hard work, April progressed in operations, became a licensed real estate agent, and now plays a key role in managing nearly one million square feet of commercial retail properties.

With a strong passion for tenant retention and client relations, April is dedicated to cultivating strong partnerships and delivering exceptional property management services. She looks forward to furthering her growth in the industry while contributing to Athena’s continued success.
