Taso Marcopulos is an Assistant Property Manager at Athena Property Management with three years of experience in property management. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Taso began his career as a Loan Officer at PennyMac, a national home mortgage lender, where he spent two years specializing in residential mortgage lending. In 2022, he transitioned into commercial real estate, joining Athena Property Management to focus on tenant and vendor relations, financial analysis, and project management.
In his current role, Taso assists in managing over 1.6 million square feet of retail space across Central Valley, Ventura County, and Los Angeles County. He is passionate about identifying opportunities for improvement within shopping centers and implementing creative solutions to enhance the value and performance of each asset.
Taso takes great pride in the quality of his work and is dedicated to ensuring the long-term success of the properties he manages. He enjoys the challenge of turning a good shopping center into a great one by maximizing its potential and delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
