Kelly Nguyen is an Assistant Property Manager at Athena Property Management. She is a graduate of the University of California Riverside, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics in 2021
Kelly began her career at Athena Property Management as an Administrative Assistant, where she focused on data analysis and Excel-based tasks. Through her strong work ethic and dedication, she quickly advanced to Property Coordinator and subsequently to her current role as Assistant Property Manager within three years.
In her current position, Kelly plays a key role in managing over one million square feet of retail property. Her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant and vendor relations, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, reconciliations, accounts receivable collections, and property inspections.
Kelly is passionate about expanding her expertise in the real estate industry and is committed to continuous professional growth. She strives to deliver exceptional service and support in all aspects of property management.
