Janina joined Athena as an Assistant Property Manager in August 2021. She assists in overseeing more than 1.1 million square feet of commercial retail properties throughout the Inland Empire.

With over 16 years of experience in commercial property management, Janina has managed over 1 million square feet of office and retail properties throughout Orange County, and 50,000 square feet of medical in Beverly Hills.

Prior to working at Athena, Janina worked at Madison Marquette as an Operations Manager handling day to day building operations and tenant services. Later, she obtained her real estate license and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. She continues to expand her career growth in tenant retention, leasing, and client relations.
