Kathy has over 10 years of commercial real estate accounting experience and joined Athena Property Management in March of 2013.

Prior to joining Athena, Kathy was a Staff Accountant at Coreland Companies where she was managing all accounting and reporting procedures for 17 retail properties with over 250 tenants. She also previously worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at The Irvine Company managing all accounting and reporting procedures for a portfolio of over 300 tenants.

Kathy’s extensive accounting background includes accounting and reporting procedures for office buildings at Arden Realty and Transwestern.
