Kimberly Low is one of our newly promoted Property Managers at Athena having over 6 years of experience in retail shopping center management. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University of Fullerton in the field of Health Sciences and holds her Real Estate License in the State of California.

Before joining Athena Property Management, Kimberly jumped into the field as a Real Estate Coordinator at CBRE and quickly worked her way up through the ranks to Associate Real Estate Manager where Kimberly led trainings for her peers and coworkers and participated in mentorship, networking, and leadership trainings. She’s skilled in vendor/tenant management, leasing renewals, AR collections, and everyday property operations to provide first class service to our clients.

Kimberly has grown to be a vital asset to the team with varying creativity to go above and beyond to achieve a goal. She is excited to excel in her new role and aims to continue her real estate journey as a budding manger.
