Mark Ince is a Property Manager at Athena Property Management with over 15 years of experience within the real estate industry.  Mark has experience within the fields of commercial, residential and association management, working specifically in the northern and central California areas.

Prior to joining Athena, Mark managed a portfolio of shopping centers, office buildings, and medical use facilities throughout Fresno and the greater Central Valley for Manco Abbott, an established management company based out of Fresno. He has also held various management positions with Hanford Freund and Company, Cournale Company, and Sand Hill Property Company managing various portfolios including retail centers, office complexes, mix used centers and multi-family housing developments.

Mark has his Real Estate Salesperson License and is affiliated with IREM.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Studies from Humphrey’s College.
