Melissa Bee is a Property Manager for Athena Property Management with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. She offers an expansive skill set including property management, construction management, leasing assistance, finance, accounting, acquisitions and dispositions. Melissa has managed all property types including class A & B office, flex-tech, industrial and retail. She has a proven track record of immense customer service and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Athena, Melissa was the Senior Property Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and prior to that a Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield where she managed over 656,000 square feet of class A & B office for DRA Advisors in Sacramento and Rancho Cordova, California.
Melissa began her career in Southern California where she worked for Insignia ESG, Koll Management Services and Birtcher Development while managing over 1 million square feet of mixed-used commercial property for The Irvine Company. Along with the normal day-to-day operational activities, she supervised and coordinated tenant improvements & building renovations, including ADA requirements.
Melissa currently holds a California Real Estate License and is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
