Morgan Hickle is a Property Manager at Athena Property Management. Being a native of Marin County, California, Morgan was out to find new horizons. She received her Bachelor of Sciences Degree in the field of Sociology from the University of Colorado and soon after accepted an externship in commercial real estate in Sydney, Australia. It was in Sydney that Morgan found her passion for property management.

After returning to the states and obtaining her residential real estate license, Morgan joined Athena Property Management in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. She now assists in managing over one million square feet of retail property and is involved in the day to day operations of the properties, tenant and vendor relations, monthly reporting, annual budgets, AR collections, and property visits.

Morgan is aiming to continue to excel in her current role at Athena Property Management and looks forward to furthering her education in the industry.
