Sean Feng is a Regional Property Manager for Athena Property Management with over 20 years of diverse commercial real estate experience in retail, office, convenience corners, light industrial and medical product.  He is responsible for supporting the property management team, serve as liaison with clients and enhance overall property operations.

Prior to joining Athena, he has served as Senior Property Manager for listed and unlisted REITs, private equity groups and family trusts including Kimco Realty Corporation, Pacific Development Group and The Uhlmann Offices for projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Washington markets.

He holds a BOMI RPA designation and is working to obtain his BOMI-HP designation as part of his ongoing commitment to the industry and growing need for sustainability.  Sean is also a California licensed real estate salesperson and graduated from California State University – Fullerton with a degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences program.
