Her journey with Athena began in 2012, initially joining as a marketing and administrative assistant while pursuing her education at the University of Phoenix. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, Sunny ventured into the realm of branding, seeking to broaden her marketing expertise. Over the years, she honed her skills in various industries, including retail, fueling her passion for all facets of marketing.

In 2019, armed with more than a decade of marketing experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, Sunny returned to Athena, where she spearheaded the launch of the marketing department. Her innovative approach allowed shopping center owners to seamlessly integrate comprehensive marketing services, ranging from digital platforms like websites and social media to traditional methods such as events and mailers, into Athena’s portfolio. Under Sunny’s leadership, the marketing department has thrived, continuously evolving to meet the dynamic needs of shopping centers managed by Athena Property Management.
