Thong is a seasoned Senior Property Manager for Athena Property Management with over seven years of experience in management and construction of commercial office, medical, and retail properties. He graduated from California State University – Dominguez Hills with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. With a background emphasis on analytical mathematics, CAM reconciliations and budgets have proven to be his paramount specialties.

Before joining Athena Property Management, he helped manage several commercial properties across Orange County for Owner-Operated commercial properties. Responsible for the day-to-day operations for all buildings, he thrived upon using his ingenuity to provide creative solutions in nurturing tenant/vendor relationships. He helped organize and manage large capital expenditures such as solar panel installations, HVAC overhauls, Path-of-Travel upgrades, and entire roof replacements. Being the face of the owner in many transactions, he grew to appreciate the amount of work involved to turn vacant buildings into well-developed properties.

Thong’s current portfolio ranges everywhere from Los Angeles to San Diego County, with niche properties that transition from redevelopments to income-producing commercial retail centers.
