Van joined Athena Property Management on September 2017 and serves as a property Accountant.  He is responsible for variance analysis, bank reconciliation, month end close and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for 14.  Van also supports property portfolio year end audit as well as assist in annual budgets.

Prior to Athena, Van had over 10 years of experience working for Multi-family apartments, office building and retail commercial property Accounting. He also has experience working for the insurance, Payroll and manufacturing industries.

Van has a Bachelor of Business Management with major in Accounting and Financial Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
