NoHo Commons consists of over 60,000 square feet and is located in the heart of North Hollywood’s art district. It was built by Los Angeles developer J.H. Snyder Co., and opened in 2004 as one of L.A.’s first mixed-use, transit-oriented developments. NoHo Commons boasts some major brands like 24 Hour Fitness, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Panda Express and MOD Pizza. It has become a bustling, walkable, urban core for the San Fernando Valley.
