At Athena Property Management, 2024 was a year defined by progress. From expanding our portfolio to reimagining retail spaces and strengthening partnerships, we remained committed to delivering value to our tenants and communities.
We’re proud to share some of our key achievements from this past year:
- 98% Leased Portfolio – We ended the year with an impressive occupancy rate, ensuring thriving spaces for our tenants.
- New & Renewed Leases – We secured 125 new leases (411,651 sq. ft.) and 152 lease renewals (637,495 sq. ft.), adding up to over 1 million sq. ft. of activated space.
- Expanding Our Reach – Athena added 10 new properties and over 1 million sq. ft. of newly managed space.
- Growing Our Team – We welcomed 11 new team members, strengthening our ability to serve clients and tenants at the highest level.
- Transforming Spaces – From repurposing a former Subway into Orange County’s first Starbucks pickup-only store to welcoming Vallarta in Carson, a major retail deal, Athena continues to lead in creative real estate solutions.
