Her ability to maintain open lines of communication with all involved, including tenants, contractors, architects, signage companies, etc., ensures deadlines are met and the entire project runs smoothly.

Jaie is hands-on in the management of important details, which include, among others: making sure proper permitting has been obtained, vendor insurance certificates, lien waivers, business licenses, and making sure signage criteria is followed. Her proficiency at handling these elements ensures that each project will conform to, if not exceed, the standards expected within the industry.

With an emphasis on clear communication, strong organization, and effective management, Jaie assists tenants in navigating project requirements and guidelines, resulting in tenant improvements being completed on time and within budget.
