Jenna Garcia is an Assistant Property Manager for Athena Property Management. She has 15 years of Commercial, Industrial and Residential Property Management experience. Currently she assists with managing day to day operations within a portfolio of Retail Shopping Centers totaling 1.6 million square feet encompassing 176 tenants and growing. Jenna currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in California and is a CPM Candidate with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
Prior to joining Athena Property Management, Jenna was employed as Property and Facilities Manager at The Hodgdon Group. Her main client was Ashley Homestore, managing over seven million square feet of commercial, Retail, and Industrial properties throughout Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. During her employment, Jenna grew the Facilities Department developing policies, procedures, and creation of the owner reports process. Jenna is customer service focused and always looking to enrich overall client satisfaction.
During Jenna’s early property management career, she worked as Commercial Property Manager for TTY Management, Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Business Manager for Landmark Property Management in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
