Jennifer Sulpizio is a Senior Property Manager for Athena Property Management with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Jennifer is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail properties with the support of her management team.

Jennifer currently manages a 1.7 million square foot retail portfolio throughout Riverside, San Diego and San Bernardino counties.

Prior to joining Athena, Jennifer was the Property Manager for Vestar Property Management where she managed 1.2 million square feet of retail properties with over 150 tenants at Chino Spectrum and in the Riverside area.

In addition, Jennifer previously worked for both Majestic Realty and for Dolphin Partners, Inc. managing over 2 million square feet of Office, Industrial and Warehouse space spanning across San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties.

Jennifer currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in California.
