Loretta Contreras

Loretta Contreras is an Assistant Property Manager with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in 2003, managing office buildings in the LA area. She later worked with CBRE in Greater New York, gaining extensive experience overseeing large-scale properties.

In 2012, Loretta shifted her focus to commercial and retail real estate, where she has since specialized in supporting the management of shopping centers throughout the Inland Empire. She currently assists in overseeing nearly one million square feet of retail space, working closely with property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial reporting.

Loretta’s passion for real estate stems from her love of seeing shopping centers evolve and businesses thrive. She enjoys supporting strong tenant relationships and contributing to the long-term success of the properties she helps manage.
