Meadows Village, an 80,553 sq ft premier neighborhood shopping center located at the signalized intersection of Rancho California Rd and Meadows Pkwy, has launched a new marketing program through Athena Property Management.
Located at the gateway to Temecula Wine Country, the center is a prime location for tourists and locals alike. With many local families visiting the shopping center, Athena Property Management and Fortress Investment Group decided some local events and a website would benefit both tenants and local customers by increasing awareness of the centers offerings and ultimately foot traffic to the center.
Marketing has begun developing a website, monthly kids club program, and some events including summer music in the courtyard and a Halloween event all launching this year in 2022. Kickoff for the program is expected to start late March to early April.
